摘要
目的 进一步了解安徽省广德流洞山丘指名亚种钉螺与江苏省无锡地区日本血吸虫的相容程度。方法 采集广德流洞现场无感染钉螺,用无锡地区血吸虫毛蚴,以钉螺毛蚴1∶10、1∶20、1∶40、1∶80比例进行人工感染试验,并用江苏省邗江新坝钉螺作对照,观察各组钉螺感染率的变化,计算和比较尾蚴成熟积温。结果 实验组钉螺毛蚴比1∶10、1∶20、1∶40、1∶80各组钉螺感染率分别为0、0.59%、3.39%和5.96%,随着感染毛蚴数量的增加,感染率呈升高趋势,其毛蚴感染剂量与钉螺感染率的理论方程为y=-7.49+2.98lnx(r=0.971,4,P<0.01);对照组邗江钉螺感染率为28.62%(钉螺毛蚴比1∶10),高于广德钉螺的感染率(x^2=157.16,P<0.01);血吸虫在广德流洞和邗江新坝钉螺体内尾蚴成熟的平均积温分别为(1756.94±122.90)日度和(1729.55±99.31)日度,其发育成熟所需积温差异无显著性(t=0.221,P>0.1)。结论 广德流洞山丘指名亚种钉螺与无锡地区血吸虫呈低度相容,而两地血吸虫发育成熟所需积温基本一致。
Objective To further understand the compatibility between Guangde Liudong moun-lainous Oncomelania sub-strain and Schistosoma japonicum. Methods The uninfected snails collected from Guangde Liudong were artificially infected with miracidia at the different ratios of snail/ rmracidie with 1:10, 1 : 20, 1:40 and 1 : 80. The snails from Hanjiang were used as control. The infection status of the different groups was observed, and then the infection rates and cercaria growing degree-days were calculated. Results The Guangde snail infection rates of the different groups at the ratios of snaul/miracidie with 1 :10, 1 : 20, 1 : 40 and 1 : 80 were 0, 0.59%, 3.39% and 5.96% respectively. The infection rate was positively related with the number of miracidia. The theoretic formula of the infection rate and number of miracidia was y= - 7. 49 + 2. 98lnx(r = 0. 971 4,P<0. 01). The Hanjiang snail infection rate (ratio, 1: 10) was 28. 62% (X2 = 157. 16,P<0. 01). The average growing degree-days of cercariae in the snail of Guangde Liudong and Hanjiang were 1 756. 94±122. 90 and 1 729. 55±99. 31, respectively, which had no significant difference (t = 0. 2291, P>0. 1). Conclusion The Guangde Liudong mountainous Oncomelania sub-strain and Schistosoma japonicum has low compatibility.
