摘要
目的 探讨大黄水煎剂对离体兔Oddi括约肌和十二指肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响。方法 制备离体兔Oddi括约肌和十二指肠平滑肌标本 ,放置于灌流肌槽中 ,累积加入不同浓度的大黄水煎剂 ,记录其收缩活动的变化。结果 大黄水煎剂可浓度依赖性地降低Oddi括约肌收缩波平均振幅和张力 (r =- 0 .90 ,P <0 .0 0 1 ;r=- 0 .98,P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,减慢其节律性收缩频率 (r=- 0 .98,P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;同时可使十二指肠纵行肌收缩波平均振幅降低 ,并具有浓度依赖关系 (r=- 0 .72 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但对其张力和收缩波频率无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 大黄水煎剂可抑制离体兔Oddi括约肌和十二指肠平滑肌的收缩活动 ,使其舒张。
Objective To observe the effects of Radix et Rhizomarbei on contractile activity of isolated rabbit sphincter of Oddi and smooth muscle of duodenum. Methods The organ-bath was used to observe the contractile activity of isolated smooth muscle from rabbit sphincter of Oddi and duodenal longitudinal layer after cumulatively administrated different concentration decoctions of Radix et Rhizomarbei. Results Radix et Rhizomarbei significantly reduced the resting tension of sphincter of Oddi, decreased its average contractile amplitude and contractile frequency in dependent manner, and also could decrease the average contractile amplitude of duodenal longitudinal muscle, but had no effects on duodenal resting tension and contractile frequency. Conclusion Decoctions of Radix et Rhizomarbei could relax isolated rabbit sphincter of Oddi and smooth muscle of duodenum.
