摘要
目的 观察抗帕颗粒联合美多巴治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法 将帕金森病患者60例随机分为 2组 :对照组予美多巴治疗 ,研究组予抗帕颗粒联合美多巴治疗。两组于治疗前 ,治疗后 15d、1个月、3个月进行帕金森病统一评分量表 (UPDRS)第 1,3 ,4分量表评分比较。结果 两组第 3分量表评分改变有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5) ,研究组好转率明显高于对照组 ;第 4分量表评分差异最显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,研究组评分明显低于对照组 ;第 1分量表改变差异不显著。结论 抗帕颗粒联合美多巴能明显改善帕金森病患者运动功能、减轻治疗后并发症 ,对精神症状的改善作用有待于进一步研究。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Anti-Park inson granule combin ed with Madopar on Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods 60 PD pati ents were divide d into two groups at random. The control group was treated with Madopar while th e treatment group was treated with Anti-Parkinson granule combined with Madopar . The two groups were graded and compared with the branch Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ tables of Unified Parkinson's disease rating scale (UPDRS) before treatment and the 15 t h , 30 th, 90 th day after treatment. Results In the Ⅲ branch tab le of UPDRS, there was significant difference between the two groups and the improvement rate of t reatment group was higher than that of control group ( P <0.05). In the Ⅳ bra nch table of UPDRS, there was very significant difference between the two groups and the scale of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the contr ol group ( P <0.01). In the Ⅰ branch table of UPDRS, there was no significant dif ference between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion Anti-Pa rkinson granule combi ned with Madopar can obviously improve movement ability of patients and lighten the complication after treatment. Its effect on mental symptom should be studied further.
