摘要
建国以来我国高等教育与政策取向的关系是互动的,政策取向对高等教育的发展具有主导性的作用,而高等教育的政策取向功能在现代社会中也不可低估。系统地探讨政策取向与高等教育之间的互动关系,对当前我国高等教育迈入大众化阶段后的继续发展具有重要的战略意义。
The relation of policy-orientation and higher education is interactive since P.R.C is built.Political variables cast a critical influence on the development of higher education.,At the same time,;the influence of higher education in modern society on the policy oriention also should not be underestimated.The comprehensive analysis on the interactive relation of policy orientation and higher education has an important strategic significance on sustaining development after China's higher education strode forward mass education era.
