摘要
采用学业自我效能问卷和成就动机量表,分层随机选取武汉地区部分高校385名大学生为对象进行研究。结果表明,大学生学习能力自我效能与发展能力自我效能呈正相关,并分别与追求成功的动机呈正相关,与避免失败的动机呈负相关。学习能力自我效能和发展能力自我效能均对追求成功的动机、避免失败的动机和合成成就动机具有显著的贡献。
In this research, a questionnaire about studentst academic self-efficacy was administered and ascale in achievement motivation was employed. From several colleges in Wuhan district, 385 undergraduatswere randomly selected. The results of the research showed that the self-efficacy of academic competenceand that of developmental competence were positively correlated; Both of the two factors of self-efficacywere positively correlated with the motivation for pursuing success and negatively correlated with the moti-vation for avoiding failure; Both self-efficacy of academic competence and self-efficacy of development com-petence can significatntly contribute to the motivation for pursuing success, avoiding failure and syntheticachievement motivation.
