摘要
目的分析重组人生长激素(rhGH)对青春期特发性矮小症患儿身高、生长速率、骨龄和并发症发生情况的影响。方法将2014年6月至2017年6月浙江萧山医院收治的66例青春期特发性矮小症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,每组各33例。对照组补充碳酸钙D3咀嚼片常规营养治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上联合rhGH进行治疗,比较两组患儿身高、生长速率、骨龄及并发症的发生情况。结果治疗后12个月,两组患儿身高及生长速率均明显升高(t值分别为2.417、3.991、4.327、14.756,均P<0.05),且联合组的升高幅度较对照组更为显著(t值分别为2.602、8.124,均P<0.05)。治疗后12个月,两组患儿骨龄的比较亦无显著性差异(t=0.396,P>0.05)。联合组并发症总发生率为9.09%,对照组为6.06%,组间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.216,P>0.05)。结论在采取常规营养治疗的基础上,应用rhGH治疗可有效改善青春期特发性矮小症患儿的疗效,促进患儿生长发育,且不增加并发症发生风险,安全性高,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effects of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)on height,growth rate,bone age and complications in adolescent idiopathic short stature.Methods 66 cases of adolescent idiopathic short stature who were admitted to our hospital during the period from June 2014 to June 2017 were recruited and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nutritional treatment of calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets.The combined therapy group was given rhGH on the basis of the treatment adopted in the control group.The height,growth rate,bone age and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results 12 months after the treatment,the height and growth rate of the two groups were significantly increased(t values were 2.417,3.991,4.327,14.756,respectively,with P<0.05 for all),and the increase degree of the combined therapy group was more significant than those in the control group(t values were 2.602,8.124,respectively,with P<0.05 for all).After 12 months of the treatment,there was no significant difference in bone age between the two groups(t=0.396,P>0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the combined therapy group was 9.09%,which significantly decreased in comparison of the control group,33.33%,(χ~2=0.216,P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nutrition therapy,rhGH therapy effectively improved the efficacy of adolescent idiopathic short stature,promoted the growth and development,and decreased the incidence rate of complications,and demonstrated a higher safety.
