摘要
目的探讨L 精氨酸对慢性低氧大鼠肺动脉压力及管壁胶原的影响。方法 2 4只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组 (C)、低氧组 (H1)和低氧 +L 精氨酸组 (H2 ) ,常压低氧时间 4周 ,采用免疫组化法和图像分析检测肺动脉管壁I、Ⅲ型胶原光密度的变化 ,并测定大鼠平均肺动脉压 (mPAP)。结果H1组mPAP显著高于C组和H2 组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;H1组肺小动脉I型胶原平均光密度值较C组和H2 组高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,Ⅲ型胶原平均吸光度值各组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,结论L
Objective To study the effect of L-Arg on pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary arterial wall collagen in rats with chronic hypoxia.Methods Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into three groups(n=8):control group(C),hypoxia group(H1),and hypoxia+L-Arg group(H2).The rats were all accepted hypoxia-handling for 4 weeks,the mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) was measured,the optical density (OD) changes of arterial wall collagen I and Ⅲ were detected by immunohistochemistry and image analyzer.Results The mPAP in group H1 were significantly higher than that of group C and H 2(P<0.01),the OD of collagen I in group H 1 were significantly higher than that of group C and H 2 (P<0.01),but there were not significant difference of OD of collagen Ⅲ among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion L-Arg can prevent the formation of pulmonary hypertension and the collagen deposition in arterial wall in chronic hypoxic rats.
