摘要
用普通陶瓷工艺制备了Nb2 O5微量掺杂的LiTiAlMg多晶尖晶石铁氧体材料。测量了材料的饱和磁感应强度Bs,移相器插入损耗 ,介电常数ε,介电损耗tgδ等性能参数。实验表明 ,随Nb2 O5微量掺杂的增加 ,Li系铁氧体材料的电、磁损耗均明显下降 ,而材料的其它性能 (如居里温度、剩磁、饱和磁感应强度等 )基本保持不变 ,对此现象简要分析了原因。控制适当的Nb2 O5的掺入量 。
Nb 2O 5 doped polycrystalline LiTiAlMg spinel ferrites were prepared by traditional ceramic techniques. The properties of the ferrites, such as saturation induction( B s), insert loss of phase shifter, dielectric constant( ε ′), dielectric loss(tg δ ). The results of the experiment indicate that the hysteresis loss and the dielectric loss decrease obviously with the amount of Nb 2O 5 increasing. And the other properties of the ferrite(such as Curie Temperature, remanence, saturation induction, etc.) remiain unchanged. The causes of the effects in the experiment were analyzed simply. Controlling the amount of Nb 2O 5 in a proper range is the most important thing to apply this method.
