摘要
实验室是大学创新的源泉,实验室队伍是实验室建设的核心和关键。该文依托相关数据统计和调研情况,从浙江省高校实验室队伍建设现状和存在问题出发,从实验室队伍建设发展宏观层面,从发展规划、人才预测、管理体制,微观层面,以及从业务培训、创新团队、激励措施、评价体制等多方面进行剖析,并深入研究推动和完善实验室队伍发展的相关对策,以期推动高校实验室队伍建设和长足发展。
The laboratory is the source of innovation and the laboratory team is the core and key of laboratory construction.Relying on the related data statistics,from the university laboratory team in Zhejiang province,the construction situation and existing problems can be researched,by a macro level: construction development,development plan,management system and micro level:the business training, innovation team,incentive measures and evaluation system.Then the countermeasures about the development of the experimental team can be promoted and improved,in order to promote university laboratory team construction and long-term development.
