摘要
[目的]观察复方丹参滴丸治疗胸痹心痛与硝酸甘油等效性。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组20例硝酸甘油,舌下含服硝酸甘油片0.3mg,并常规护理。治疗组20例复方丹参滴丸治疗,舌下含服复方丹参滴丸10粒,并辨证护理,调节精神状态。两组均连续治疗7为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛缓解情况、血压、心率、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]心绞痛缓解显效17例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效10例,有效4例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%。心绞痛缓解治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。疗效对两组血压、心率均有影响,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]复方丹参滴丸治疗胸痹心痛与硝酸甘油具有等效性,迅速起效,更安全,无硝酸甘油不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe FUfang Danshen Diwan treatment with nitroglycerin chest pain equivalence.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,40 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,20 cases of nitroglycerin treatment,sublingual nitroglycerin tablets 0.3mg,and routine care.Treatment group 20 cases FUfang Danshen Diwan treatment,sublingual FUfang Danshen Diwan 10 and make TCM care,regulating patient mental state.Continuous treatment groups were 7 to 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,treatment effects on blood pressure and heart rate,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]Angina 17 cases,2 cases,1 case,the total efficiency of 95.00%.Control group,10 cases markedly effective in 4 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 70.00%.Angina treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).Efficacy of the two groups of blood pressure,heart rate affects both the treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]FUfang Danshen Diwan nitroglycerin treatment of chest pain and have equivalent resistance,rapid onset,safer,and no adverse reactions nitroglycerin,worthy of promotion.
