摘要
采用船用 6 16 0A型柴油机为热源 ,设计了一台发动机余热驱动的用于渔船上鱼类保鲜的吸附式制冰系统。该系统中的吸附工质采用了块状活性炭 ,对系统的模拟仿真以及试验结果表明 ,回热回质可以显著的提高系统的性能。在具有回热回质的条件下 ,当系统的循环时间为 5 0min时 ,所得到的制冷量为 1.93kW。
An adsorption ice-making system driven by exhausted gas of 61610A diesel engine was designed for conserving fish on fishing boats. The system used solidified activated carbon-methanol pair. Simulation and experiments show that heat and mass recovery could enhance the performance of system greatly. The cooling power is 1.93kW when heat and mass recovery is adopted and cycle time is 50min.
