摘要
目的:为了降低病房SARS病毒对医护人员的感染率,降低病人对SARS病毒的再吸入率。方法:采用紧闭面罩与双管双路、吸呼气道分离,高速射流空氧混合器、安全活瓣、储气囊、湿化器、负压吸引装置等相结合技术,将开放式吸氧变为紧闭式吸氧,使SARS病人呼出气病毒收集得以实现,为其过滤消毒创造了条件。过滤、消毒后排出室外。结果:降低SARS病毒对医护人员的感染率,降低病人对SARS病毒的再吸入率,促进康复,有重要意义。
In this paper,a set of instrument for collecting SARS virus is developed to reduce the virus infection from the exhalation gas of SARS patient.The instrument,a virus collector,is composed of an airtight mask,inhaling pipe,exhaling pipe,shooting flow air-oxygen mixer,one-way valve,air sac,moistener and aspirator.Open oxygen uptake substituted by airtight oxygen uptake,the virus from the exhalation of SARS patient can be collected,filtered and sterilized.
