小麦种质贮藏过程中生活力丧失特性及田间出苗率表现 被引量:16

Characteristics of Wheat Seed Viability Loss During Storage and Emergence Rate of Seedlings

摘要 通过对贮藏 2~ 2 0年的 378份中期库小麦种质进行生活力测定 (每一贮藏年份测定种质份数为 10~ 30 ) ,结果表明贮藏年限为 2~ 12年的种质平均发芽率都高于 83%,而贮藏年限为 15年的种质平均发芽率已降至 2 0 %,这表明小麦种质在中期库贮藏过程中 ,生活力丧失存在着骤降特性。同时对同一品种分别来自中期库低活力和长期库高活力种质进行田间出苗率和农艺性状调查 ,发现中期库种质的室内发芽率与田间出苗率相关极显著 ,其相关显著性高于长期库种质 ,且不论是来自中期库低活力种质还是长期库高活力种质 ,总体上田间出苗率都比室内发芽率低 2 0 %以上 ,在子一代种子的农艺性状上两者之间无显著差异。 Wheat seed viability of 378 accessions stored in mid-term genebank for 2~20 years were tested (number of accessions tested is 10~30 for each year). The results showed that the average germination percentages of the accessions stored for 2~12 years was higher than 83%, whereas those of the accessions stored for 15 years was lowered to 20%. This indicated that the seed viability of wheat germplasm had a stage of sharp decrease during storage in the mid-term genebank. Investigations of seedling emergence rate and agronomic traits for seeds with lower viability from the mid-term genebank and with higher viability from long-term genebank of a same set of varieties showed that the correlation between germination percentage and seedling emergence rate was highly significant for the accessions stored in the mid-term genebank, which was higher than the correlation for the accession stored in long-term genebank. Generally, the seedling emergence rate was 20% lower than the germination percentage for both low-viability seeds stored in the mid-term genebank and high- viability seeds in the long-term genebank. There were no significant differences of agronomic traits in the first descendant between the two sources of seeds.
