摘要
为了扩大铸件表面合金化的范围,研究了一种表面处理新工艺——铸渗。它可在铸件受摩擦的特定部位形成可进行切削加工的耐磨层。经处理,耐磨层大于5 mm,耐磨性较母材HT200高1.68倍。
With the purpose of enlarging the scope of alloying of casting surface,this paper intends to find out a new method of surface treatment-casting penetration .By means of this process, it is possible to form a machinable wearing resistant layer at a specified portion of casting subjected to abrasion .After treatment, the thickness of the wearing resistant layer will be more than 5mm and the wearing resistant will be 1.68 times higher than the mother material HT200.
