摘要
目的 :研究不同厂家的一次性输液器对葛根素注射液的吸附作用。方法 :用紫外分光光度法测定葛根素的含量变化。结果 :不同厂家输液器对葛根素的吸附率均小于2 % ,对葛根素的吸附作用无显著性差异 (P>0 05)。结论
OBJECTIVE:To study the adsorbability of disposable infusion sets ma nu factured by different factories on puerarin injection METHODS:The contents of puerarin were determined by UV-spectrophotometry RESULTS:All the adsorptive r ates of different infusion sets were less than 2% without significant differenc e in the adsorption(P>0 05) CONCL_USION:The adsorption of infusion set will not result in obvious changes of drug concentration
