摘要
目的 :应用并评价蛋白芯片检测系统 (多肿瘤标志物C12 )的临床价值。方法 :应用雅培电化学发光系统(ECL)和C12 系统双盲法检测 4 1份血清标本。结果 :在对照检测达 10份标本的AFP、CEA、β -HCG三个项目 ,C12 系统和ECL系统符合性达 81.8%以上 ;C12 系统多个指标间可相互支持其准确性 ,并有助于判断肿瘤来源。结论 :C12 系统具有较高准确性 ,其指标间可相互支持 ,并有助于判断肿瘤源性。
Objective:To evaluate the Clinical value of Protein Chip system(C 12 ) for Detecting multi-marker of tumor. Methods:To detect(double black) 41 samples of serum with ECL(ABbott, USA) and C 12 system.Results:in AFP, CEA and β-HCG, which control detect samples were more than ten samples with two asssays, the coinlide were more than 81.8%;the markers supported each other in the C 12 system and were useful to diagnosis the origin of tumor tissues. Conclusions:The C 12 system was accuracy.The markers supported each other in the C 12 system and were useful to diagnosis the origin of tumor tissues.
