摘要
本课题运用体育学、社会学、法学、经济学和管理学等学科的理论知识 ,采用文献资料研究、社会调查、数理统计和理论分析等研究方法 ,对我国三资企业职工参与体育锻炼的内容、形式、途径 ,所面临的问题与影响因素进行了系统研究。研究结果显示 ,影响三资企业开展职工体育活动的主要问题是 :时间问题占 3 5 .5 % ,经费问题占 2 6.5 % ,领导重视程度占 2 3 .7% ,场地器材问题占 14 .2 %。同时 ,研究也表明 ,三资企业职工体育活动开展的好坏和三资企业的类型、企业文化建设 。
With the methods of documentary, social investigation, expert questionnaires and theoretical research, the author studies the content, form, way and influence element of workers sports activities of Chinese three types enterprise. It shows that the sports for workers and staff members in Chinese three types enterprise development benefit from business culture and business leader quality and concept.
