摘要
目的 了解恶性肿瘤患者康复期对健康教育的需求 ,为开展患者康复期的健康教育提供依据。方法 采用随机抽样的方法 ,对恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查。结果 2 45例恶性肿瘤患者中表示需要健康教育的有 2 0 5人 ,对健康教育的内容以提高生活质量知识的需求为最多。不同文化程度者和不同职业者所需求的内容不同。结论 恶性肿瘤患者康复期需要健康教育。医务人员应根据不同患者的需要提供有关疾病的知识 ,改善提高生活质量的措施 ,指导康复训练 ,提供咨询服务等 ,使肿瘤的治疗质量得到更好的巩固和提高。
Objective To investigate the health education requirement in malignant tumor patients at rehabilitation stage for health education intervention.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among malignant tumor patients at rehabilitation stage.Results There are 245 valid questionnaires.83.7% of the patients need to be accepted health education.The most common requirement of patients is the knowledge of increasing quality of life,patients with different educated level and different occupatio need different kind of health education.Conclusion Patients suffered from malignant tumor need health education at rehabilitation stage.The local health workers must offer them the related health education,such as the knowledge about malignant tumor,the method to increase the quality of life and rehabilitation training,and providing with counseling services.
