五味甘露汤有效成份对RA小鼠模型免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文探讨了五味甘露汤各有效成份对RA动物模型体液和细胞免疫功能的影响。首先用A族链球菌诱导RA动物模型;再用该汤药的各有效成份进行实验性治疗后,取血测定特异性抗体;抗体形成细胞和T淋巴细胞功能。并处死动物称取其免疫器官湿重。实验结果为:麻黄组脾重增加,而六味合剂组脾重则减轻。坎巴组特异性抗体水平增加,而水柏枝组则降低。其余各组的各项指标均无显著性差异。本文对该结果进行了讨论和分析。 The influence of the elective ingredients of Wu Wei Can Lou Tang on humoral and cellular immune function of Rhumatoid Arthritis model in mice was studied in vitro.Group A Streptococcus was used to induce an animal models of RA in mice. And then each ingredient of the mixture was injected into the mice as a experimental therapy and after that the specific antibody and antibody forming cells and the function of T Lymphocytes were detected. In addition,the thymus and the spleen weight were weighted. Results were showed that the spleen weightes were increased in Ephedre group and decreased in six kind of medicinal mixture group. The specific antibody level was increased in Aitemisia frigida willd group and decreased in Myricaria paniculate group. There were without any significant changes in other groups.This paper was discussed and analyzed the results mentioned above.
