摘要
目的 观察先天性心脏病体外循环 (CPB)前和停机后各时间点的血糖变化。方法 12 3例先天性心脏病患者 ,按CPB时间分为四组 ,即非CPB组 (A组 )、CPB时间 <6 0min组 (B组 ) ,CPB时间 6 0~ 12 0min组 (C组 ) ,CPB时间 >12 0min组 (D组 )。按体重分组为体重≤ 8kg组 (a组 )和体重 >8kg组 (b组 )。 结果 CPB时间越长 ,体重越轻的患者的各时间点血糖波动就越大 ,其血糖恢复正常所需要的时间越久。结论 停机后胰岛素分泌受抑制 ,导致血糖升高 ,大多数病例血糖随时间推迟能够恢复正常 。
OBJECTIVE This study was aimed to investigate the changes of plasma glucose during/after cardiopulmonary bypass.METHODS 123 congenital heart defect cases,male,40;female,83,were divided to four groups. Group 1,non-cardiopulmonary bypass cases;Group 2, cases with the cardiopulmonary bypass time less than 60 minutes; Group 3, cases with the cardiopulmonary bypass time between 60 to 120 minutes; Group 4, cases with the cardiopulmonary bypass time more than 120 minutes. All the arterial blood samples were taken at different time points. RESULTS The plasma glucose levels in the longer cardiopulmonary bypass cases were proved to be higher than the shorter ones. Our study also showed that the levels in plasma glucose of longer cardiopulmonary bypass time groups revered slowlier.CONCLUSION Hyperglycemia after cardiopulmonary bypass must be dealt with carefully and actively.
