摘要
实施什么样的知识产权保护策略和知识产权战略,是发展中国家面临的一个重大问题,政府、企业界和学术界对此也有激烈争议。本文展开分析了有关争议的关键和焦点,提出知识产权制度的国际化是不可逆转的必然趋势,既有利于发达国家,也给发展中国家带来了机遇,发展中国家对此别无选择。在此基础上,本文还提出了我国实施知识产权战略的几个基本原则。
It is an important issue for developing countries to imply what kind of intellectual property protection policy and strategy.This issue has triggered vehement arguments in government,enterprises and academic field.After analyzing the main point and focus of its implementation,this paper points out that internationalization of intellectual property institution is inevitable necessary trend.This will be beneficial to developed countries as well as bring opportunities for developing countries.Developing countries have no other choice.In the end,this paper puts forward some principles for China to implement intellectual property strategy.
