摘要
近几年来,在高等教育快速发展的同时,高校教学质量的问题成为人们关注的热点。教师教学评价是保障教学质量的重要手段,是学校内部评估的一个重要环节。针对教师教学工作面临的新情况以及教师教学评价遇到的新问题进行分析,提出了解决这些问题的新思路。
In recent years,with the rapid development of higher education,the teaching quality issues in universities have become, much concerned among quality. The teachers' teaching evaluation is a key way to ensure teaching quality.lt is also one of vital chains to the internal evaluation in university.The essay analyzes the new situation the teachers face in theeir teaching careers,the new problems emerging during the teachers' teaching evaluation,and proposes the new routes to solve these problems.
