摘要
本文采用XRD,XPS,TPR等手段对AHTD(雾化高温分解)法制备的铜基甲醇合成催化剂的氧化态前驱体进行了表征,发现CuO/ZnO催化剂是四方结构的CuO和六方结构的ZnO组成的两相体系,但是,有部分ZnO溶解到CuO相中,催化剂的表面积为5—10m^2/g,远小于相应的沉淀法催化剂的表面积,氧化铝的加入有助于表面积的增大;催化剂存在表面富锌现象,随着催化剂铜含量的增加,表面富锌量增大;CuO与ZnO之间存在相互作用,使CuO的还原性能发生明显的变化。
Xide precursors of Cu-baesd catalysts prepared by AHTD (Aerosol High Temperature Decomposition) for methanol synthesis were characterized by XRD、XPS、TPR and so on. It was found that CuO/ZnO catalysts were two-phase systems consisting of hexagonal ZnO and tetragonal CuO, and some ZnO has been dissolved in CuO phase. Surface area of the catalysts are 5-10m^2/g, much smaller than that of corresponding coprecipitated samples. However, small contents of alumina might increase the surface area of the catalysts. A surface enrichment of Zn was observed, which increases with Cu contont. There exists CuO-ZnO interaction which changes the reduction behaviour of the catalysts.
