摘要
国际 470级帆船最佳迎角的调整技术 ,是运动员比赛中取得好成绩的关键因素 ,是教练员训练工作中始终研究关注的技术焦点。结合作者近十年的帆船运动实践和十几年的执教经验 ,采用对比分析和跟踪观察的方法 ,从帆船的动力传导部分入手逐级分析 ,认为帆船最佳迎角调整中的桅杆调整是决定不同风浪中帆动力的因素。而调整桅杆的技术 ,主要是弯曲度和弹性方向的适当值 ,其中桅杆支撑臂的调整是解决桅杆弯曲度和弹性方向值的关键技术 。
The trimming skill of the best wind angle for international 470 class yacht is an important factor for the sailors winning the regatta,and it is always a technique point of research and study in the training and working of the sailing coaches.The author is from the sailing practice and working experience up to more than ten years.As a result of theory study and an analysis by step and step from the power part of the yacht with the methods of comparing and following,it is discovered by the research from the practice that the mast is a major point to trimming the power with different wind and wave at the best wind angle trimming.And the skill of the mast trimming is at a right parameter of the mast bending and the mast elasticity direction.The skill of spreader trimming is an important point for the mast bending and the mast elasticity direction is a working process to bring the equipment into best function.
