摘要
目前,炼油厂常压蒸馏塔顶冷凝系统的现场注氨措施存在不易调控系统pH值、不耐露点腐蚀等问题,影响安全生产。通过对注氨机理的分析研究,针对性地提出了利用新型中和剂解决问题的方法。
At present, there are some matters for injecting ammonia to the atmorspheric tower condensation system,i.e., difficult to control pH, unable to prevent dew point corrosion, influencing safe production. The paper analyses the mechanism of injecting ammonia and puts forward a countermeasure of using new neutralizer.
