摘要
月季黑斑病是困扰月季生产者和研究者的一个世界性的难题.为解决这一问题,育种家们不仅致力于挖掘不染病和高抗性的月季亲本,而且从分子水平来研究它的一些抗病机制.主要从基因工程方面对月季的抗黑斑病育种作了比较全面的研究.
Rose blackspot (Diplocarpon rosae Wolf) fungus disease is one of the most difficult problems in the world. To solve this problem, the agronomists are devoting themselves to the work of breeding not only in the hybrid field but also in the genetic engineering. This article presents the main process of rose genetic engineering in order to enhance its blackspot resistance.
