摘要
研究了经Nb、Ti、Al多元微合金化后 ,低碳锰钢抗氧化性能的变化规律。通过氧化动力学曲线的测定 ,确定了此类钢抗氧化级别的温度区间。Nb、Ti、Al微合金元素对低碳锰钢高温抗氧化性能的作用 ,主要是改善钢的高温氧化膜结构 ,依靠Nb、Ti元素形成弥散分布的微细碳化物质点 ,阻止铁离子的扩散 ,从而降低钢的氧化速率 ,提高抗氧化性能。
The variation regularity of antioxidation property of low carbon Mn steel after microalloyed with multiple elements Nb,Ti and Al is studied. The temperature area at antioxidation level of this kind of steel is determined by measuring oxidation kinetics curves. The microalloy elements Nb,Ti and Al can improve oxide film structure of the steel at high temperature and prevent iron ion diffusion depending on full distributing tiny carbonide particle formed by Nb and Ti elements. The oxidation rate of low carbon Mn steel is decreased and its antioxidation property is thus increased.
