长江葛洲坝二江泄水闸监测资料反馈分析及安全度评价 被引量:2

摘要 葛洲坝水利枢纽是长江干流上第一座大型水利枢纽。大坝建成后在运行中,它的安全与稳定无疑是十分重要的问题。为此,在枢纽主体建筑物中,选择要害部位而又具有代表性的二江泄水闸的1闸段和6闸段作为分析的对象。衡量一座水工建筑物及其基础在运行期的实际安全度,目前还没有具体统一的易于定量的安全评价准则,而监测资料反馈分析技术正是为满足这一要求而提出的一种数学模型方法。用决定论模型能忠实地模拟建筑物及其基础在各种荷载下效应量的变化值,而不需要长序列资料就能反映过去没有出现过的异常现象。经1闸段和6闸段对建立的运行性状的位移决定论模型已作出的预报精度高。因此,可将建立的决定论模型用于监控大坝安全运行状况,也可用于其它水工建筑物监控安全的参考。用安全系数法对监控二江泄水闸稳定的202夹层进行计算表明,二江泄水闸经10年左右的运行仍有足够的安全度。 The Gezhouba Water Control Project is the first large project on the main stem of theYangtze River. The safety and stability of the dam is an extremely important matter after the damputs into operation. For this reason, the 1st and 6th spillway section of the second--channel spillwayis chosen as an object for research, because of both their vital importance and representativeness inthe main structure. So far there has been no specifically unified and easily quantitative criteria formeasuring the safety of a hydraulic structure as well as its foundation during the period of operation.The technique of backanalysis based on the monitoring data is no other than a method of the mathe-matic model proposed for meeting the present requirement. The application of a deterministic modelcan faithfully simulates the varying values of effective quantities of a structure and its foundation un-der the actions of various loads, and can reveal the unusual cases in the past without need of a longseries of data. As the deterministic displacement model set up for the 1st and 6th spillway section inaction has given a result of forecasting with high accuracy, it can be used for monitoring a dam forsafety and other hydraulic structures for reference as well. The result from computation for the vitalpart, the 202 argillized intercaclation, governing the stability of the second spillway, by the safetycoefficient method shows that having run for some 10 years, the second channel spillway still pos-sesses an adequate degree of safety.
