摘要
研究了硫酸介质中,在表面活性剂乳化剂OP存在下,利用硫氰酸盐—罗丹明B(RhB)荧光淬灭法测定微量钼。此法灵敏度高、选择性好、体系稳定,线性范围为0~3.0μg/25cm^3,检出限为2×10^(-3)μg,适用于钢样中微量钼的测定。
In the medium of sulfuric acid, the use of thiocyanate (SCN) and rhodamine B (RHB) fluorometric quenching to determine trace molybdenum in the presence of sinnopal OP is studied. The method exhibits good sensitivity and selectivity. The calibration curve covers 0~3.0μg/25cm^3 of molybdenum. The detection limit is 2.0×10μg/cm^3. Therefore, it is suitable to determine trace molybdenum in steel alloy.
