摘要
目的 :探讨奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。 方法 :奎硫平治疗精神分裂症 31例 ,采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表 (PANSS)、副反应量表 (TESS)和锥体外系副反应量表 (ESRS)评定疗效及不良反应。 结果 :奎硫平治疗精神分裂症有效率 93.5 % ,显效率 71.0 % ,无明显锥外系反应。 结论 :奎硫平治疗精神分裂症疗效确切 。
Objective:To study the efficacy and toxicity of quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenic patients. Method:Thirty-one schizophrenic patients were treated with quetiapine. The efficacy was measured with the positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS),while the adverse events were determined by the treatment emergent symptoms scale (TESS) and extrapyramidal symptom rating scale (ESRS). Results:The efficacy rate of quetiapine was 93.5%, in which 71.0% were improved markedly. 6.5% of subjects demonstrated extrapyramidal side effects. Conclusion:Quetiapine is effective for both positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
