摘要
本文探讨了Y.e.菌单因子血清的制备方法.所得结果表明:Y.e.菌的适宜培养条件为pH7.2的2%葡萄糖营养琼脂在30℃下培养72—96h;血清吸收试验适宜条件为等量的压积菌体与等量的抗血清于4℃作用72—96h.
The preparing of monofactor serum of Yersinia enterocolitica was studied, It indicated that after cultivation in pH 7.2, 2% glucose agar at 30℃ for 72-96 hrs, the precipitate of the heat-killed whole bacteria mixed with an equal volume antiserum, incubating at 4℃ for 72-96 hrs, was the suitable condition for this purpose.
