摘要
目的 研究不同的栽植密度对丹参中有效成分含量及丹参产量的影响 ,为丹参规范化栽培提供科学依据。方法 实验设计分 7个不同的密度处理 ,株行距分别为 :2 0 cm× 2 0 cm ,2 0 cm× 2 5 cm ,2 5 cm× 2 5cm ,2 5 cm× 30 cm ,2 5 cm× 35 cm ,30 cm× 35 cm ,30 cm× 2 5 cm ,每个处理为 3次重复 ,随机排列 ,共 2 1个实验小区。收获期记录丹参存苗数 ,采样后用高效液相色谱法测定样品中丹参素、丹参酮 A 的含量 ,统计每小区的丹参产量及每株单产。结果 丹参的产量和其有效成分的含量均以 2 0 cm× 2 5 cm的栽植密度为最佳 ,根产量以鲜重计可达 16 31kg/亩 ,丹参素含量可达 2 .15 % ,丹参酮 A 含量可达 0 .4 2 %。结论 在进行丹参规范化栽培时可选择株行距为 2 0 cm× 2 5
Objective To study the effect of different planting densities on the active constituents and output of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.,and so as to provide scientific basis for the standardized cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Method The plot experiments were designed into seven different densities process:20 cm×20 cm,20 cm×25 cm,25 cm×25 cm,25 cm×30 cm,30 cm×25 cm,30 cm×35 cm,30 cm×25 cm. then the process on every density plot was done three times repeatedly.And there were twenty one experiment plots arranged randomly in all.when the harvest time reached ,we recorded the quantity of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,determined the content of Danshensu, TanshinonⅡ A in the samples of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge by HPLC and counted the output of every experiment plots and yield of per plant. Results The output and content of active constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge reached the best when the planting density was 20 cm×25 cm .The output of fresh root got to 1 881 kg/mu,the content of Danshensu got to 2.15% and the content of TanshinonⅡ A got to 0.42%. Conclusion The planting density of 20 cm×20 cm could be selected in the standardized cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.
