摘要
目的 :探讨外科传统中药朱红膏治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的临床疗效及部分作用机理。 方法 :将 4 3例慢性溃疡患者随机分为三组 :治疗组、对照组和同种基质空白对照组。治疗组 19例 ,外用朱红膏创面换药 ;对照组 15例 ,外用龙珠膏换药 ;空白对照组 9例 ,外用白凡士林纱条换药。观察溃疡面积脱腐及愈合情况以及创面LN及ET - 1的表达。 结果 :治疗组有效率为 84 2 % ,对照组有效率为 73 3% ,空白对照组为 2 2 2 %。治疗组与空白对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 :朱红膏具有较强的化腐生肌、改善创面微循环及抑菌作用 。
Objective To study the clinical effect and the mechanism of the proven formula Zhuhong ointment in treating chronic skin ulcer Methods Forty three cases were included in the study.They were treated with different topical drugs:19 cases with Zhuhong ointment(trearment group),15 cases with Longzhu ointment(control group)and 9 cases with Vaseline(blank control group).The area of the ulcer and the tissue level of LN and ET 1 were detected.Results The effective rates of the three groups were 84.2%,73.3% and 22.2% respectively.The effect of the treatment group was better than those of the other two groups,with significant difference from the blank control group( P <0 01). Conclusion Zhuhong ointment is useful in eliminating necrotic tissue and promoting granulation,improving topical blood microcirculation and inhibiting the growth of bacteria,thus resulting in the migration and multiplication of epidermal cells and fibroblasts.
