摘要
目的:比较罗哌卡因与布比卡因在等浓度、容积条件下用于硬膜外麻醉临床效果有何差异。方法:77例拟行下腹部或下肢手术病人随机分成4组:0.5%罗哌卡因组(n=19)、0.75%罗哌卡因组(n=20)、0.5%布比卡因组(n=20)、0.75%布比卡因组(n=18),均行L2～4硬膜外阻制,分别于切皮前分次给予0.5%、0.75%罗哌卡因或布比卡因,记录药物起效时间、阻滞平面、感觉和运动阻滞时间及程度以及血流动力学变化情况。结果:77例病人各项指标及用药量、麻醉效果等方面均无明显区别。结论:在等浓度、容积条件下罗哌卡因与布比卡因的临床疗效无明显差别,临床使用时不必一味的强调高浓度。
Objective To compare the effect of epidural blo ck with isoconcentrational and isovolumic bupivacaine(BUP)and ropivacain(ROP ).Methods77patients undergoing for lower lim bs and abdominal surgeries were randomly dividedinto four groups:0.5%BUPgroup(n=20),0.75%BUPgro up(n=18),0.5%ROPgroup(n=19),0.75%ROP group(n=20),the time to maximumspread of anesth esia,blockage level,sensory and mo ter block d egree and recovery time were recorded.Results No significant difference was fou nd among four groups in all data.Conclusion With the same concentration and vol u me,both bupivacaine and ropivacain e can reach the same clinical effect.
