摘要
提出一种计算和选择过盈配合的新方法。该方法首先按照可靠性优化设计理论确定满足预定可靠性要求的过盈量和结合长度 ,然后根据过盈配合国家标准选择标准配合 ,再对结合长度进行一维优化 ,可以经济地满足预定的可靠性要求 ,彻底摆脱用传统方法计算过盈联结的复杂性和选择过盈配合的盲目性。
A new method to calculate and choose the interference fit is introduced. This method defines interference quantity and combining length to satisfy the demand of fixed reliability first using the theory of reliability and optimum design, then chooses standard fit in the light of state standard, and completes single-dimensional optimization for the combining length. Using this method, the demand of fixed reliability will be satisfied economically, the complexity and blindness to calculate and choose the interference fit with the former method will be cast off thoroughly, there is great value to spread application and heighten reliability for the interference articulation.
