摘要
简述了人本管理思想的基本特征、思想内涵和实现方式。认为医院实施人本管理是公共管理学思想在医院的应用,也是医院特殊的人员结构、服务方式和协作关系对管理提出的必然要求。提出了从“以病人为中心”的医疗服务方式、人才队伍建设和医院文化建设等3个方面,加强人本管理思想在医院建设中的实现。
The author gives a brief account of the basic features, ideological implications and ways of realization of the idea of people-oriented management. He holds that implementation of people-oriented management in the hospital embodies the application of the idea of public management in the hospital and represents what is inevitably re-quired of management by the hospital's special personnel structure, service mode and cooperative relations. He also presents the view of promoting the realization of the idea of people-oriented management in hospital development from three aspects, viz. adopting a patient-centered mode of medical service, strengthening of the contingent human talents and creating a uniane hospital culture.
