摘要
目的 探索一种可以根治腋臭的微创手术方法。方法 在腋窝边缘做微切口，分别插入内径０．３ｃｍ及０．２ｃｍ的抽吸管，在皮下分两层抽吸包括大汗腺在内的皮下组织。结果 自１９９９年１２月至２０００年７月共收治２４例，随访３－１２月，总有效率为９５．８３％。结论 此法成功率高，并发症少，恢复快。
Objective To study a cure for axillary bromhidrosis through .a minimally invasive surgery. Methods An extractor whose diameter is 0.3cm or 0.2cm was inserted into subcutaneous tissue, mepectively through mini - incision on axillary border. Apocrine glands were drawn out through two layers. Results From de- cember 1999 to july 2000,24 patients were treated with the method. All patieuts have been follow - up for 3 - 12 months, the results showed that effecacy rate was 95. 83 %. Conclusion The method has the following advantages: higher cure rate, less incidence of complications and quick recovery.
