为探讨新形势下，为部队服务工作的实践，论述了①优化环境，简化流程，确保伤病员诊疗便捷；②完善制度强化管理，确保伤病员诊疗质量；③发挥优势多办实事，确保服务宗旨不变调。
To discuss how to improve our work under the new situation, we should take the following steps:① to improve our environment and simplify our process as to ensure the easy access for the wound- ed ;②to complete. our regulations and enforce our management, to ensure the quality of our service ③to make full use of our advantages to do the real deeds, and to guarantee the goal of our service.
