摘要
为探讨加强军队伤病员管理的新举措 ,本文阐述了军队医院建立“军队伤病员管理办公室”的重要性和必要性 ,明确了伤病员管理办公室的职责及五项工作制度 ,即建立健全各项管理制度 ;加强重点环节监控 ;强化思想教育 ;把好入出院关 ;严格培训人员管理 ,从而理顺了部队与医院对伤病员实行双重管理的关系 ,取得了明显效果。
To probe into a new measure to strengthen the administration of army patients, the author discussed the importance and necessity of establishing “administration office for army patients”, defined its responsibilities and formed following rules: building and improving regulations, strengthening inspection of key point, advancing ideological education, intensifying the standards of adopting and releasing, enforcing training of staff so as to make the relationship between the hospital and the army more clear while dual managing the army patients.
