摘要
以分布在江西农业大学校园20种槭树科植物叶为研究材料,测定分析了其叶蛋白酶的活性。结果发现:槭树科植物叶蛋白酶活性年变化规律,在年生长期内,大部分树种从4月份到10月份,叶蛋白酶活性一直在增大,至10月份达到最大,11月份急剧下降。还发现,所选的20种树种以元宝槭在相应的生长期内叶蛋白酶活性最高,青榨槭次之,岭南槭最小。通过研究从而揭示了人类利用槭树科植物蛋白酶的最佳树种和提取蛋白酶的最佳时期。
The plant leaf protease activity of 20 varieties of maple family in the campus of Jiangxi Agricultural University was determined and analized. The results showed that the plant leaf protease activity of the maple family changes with seasons: Within the annual growth period, the leaf protease activity of the most varieties increase gradually from April to October, and reaches maximum by October, drops suddenly in November. The leaf protease activity of Truncatum Bunge is the highest in the 20 varieties within the corresponding growth period, that of Acer davidii Franch takes the second place, and that of Acer tutcheri Duthie is the lowest. The study has revealed the best plant variety of the maple family and the best period to abstract leaf protease.
