摘要
柽柳是荒漠地区主要的灌木资源树种。以刚毛柽柳为代表 ,运用RAPD技术分析了广布于新疆境内 9个刚毛柽柳 (TamarixhispidaL .)天然居群的遗传多样性及居群间的遗传分化。 1 0条随机引物检测到 1 5 7个可重复的位点 ,其中多态位点 1 5 5个 ,占总位点数的 98 7%。由Shannon表型多样性指数和Nei基因多样性指数估计居群间遗传分化百分比分别为 6 2 5 %和 5 5 30 % ,表明刚毛柽柳种内的遗传变异主要存在于居群间。根据以上结果 ,我们认为新疆境内刚毛柽柳天然居群的遗传多样性很丰富 ,居群间分化程度较高 ;繁育系统属于一种自交和不完全异交混合的交配类型 ;
This paper described the genetic diversity and population genetic structure of T hispida L.in Xinjiang with the method of RAPD.The ten random primers chosen for analysis detected 157 repeatable loci in which 155 were polymorphic.The proportion of polymorphic loci was 98 7%. The genetic structure of population estimated by Shannon's phenotypic diversity index and Nei's genetic index were 62 5% and 55 30%.It states that most of the variation occurred among different populations.We also found that the genetic diversity of T hispida in Xinjiang was high.It might be due to difference of situations and low gene flow.This species is a mixed mating type.
