摘要
目的 :探讨清热解毒方药对血管内皮细胞增殖的影响。方法 :用内毒素造成血管内皮细胞损伤模型。再用含药血清与内毒素共同作用 ,用 MTT法检测活细胞的数目 ,从而间接地反映方药对血管内皮细胞的增殖作用。结果 :清热解毒方能拮抗内毒素对血管内皮细胞的损伤。结论
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingre Jiedu Prescription(QJP) on the proliferation of vascular endothelial cell.Methods:To establish the cell model by LPS and use both the drug serum and LPS on vascular endothelial cell.The numbers of living cells were determined with MTT.Result:The QJP could resist the damagement of LPS on vascular endothelial cells.Conclusion:The QJP could protect the vascular endothelial cell.
