摘要
目的 探讨氯化镧对内毒素 (LPS)攻击后小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的影响。方法 通过观察氯化镧对LPS(12 .5mg/kg)攻击后小鼠胸腺细胞DNA片段百分率、胸腺细胞凋亡百分率和胸腺细胞DNA片段琼脂糖凝胶电泳结果的影响 ,探讨其对小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡状况可能作用。结果 10mg/kg氯化镧能显著降低内毒素血症小鼠胸腺细胞DNA片段百分率、胸腺细胞凋亡百分率 ,抑制胸腺细胞的凋亡。结论 LPS攻击后 ,可导致小鼠胸腺细胞发生凋亡 ,而氯化镧对LPS诱导的小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡具有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To explore the effect of lanthanum chloride on apoptosis of thymocytes in endotoxemia mice.Methods The effect of lanthanum chloride on apoptosis of thymocytes in endotoxemia mice was observed by examing the percentage of DNA fragments and hypodiploid and results of agarose gel electrophoresis in thymocytes of mice challenged with LPS.Results The examination showed that the apotopsis of thymocytes induced by LPS was decreased appearently by lanthanum chloride(10 mg/kg).Conclusion Lanthanum chloride is able to decrease the apotopsis of thymocytes induced by LPS.
