摘要
本文论述磁场对麦迪霉素产生菌的磁致诱变效应。在所采用的磁场条件处理下,菌的死亡率在60%以上,正变率范围为2.0%~47.4%,变异率在10%以上。摇瓶初筛,生产能力高于对照菌株的菌株数占过筛菌株数的18.6%,其中生产能力提高30%以上的菌株数占2.8%.
The present article deals with the variation of midecamycin producing stains affected by magnetic fields. Results showed that when treated with megnetic fields the death rate of the organisms was higher than 60%, the positive mutation frequency was in the rage from 2.0% to 47.4%, and the frequency of variation was higher than 10%.
In shake flask selection, 18.6% of the strains selected were those which had higher productivities than their parent strains, and the productive ability of 2.8% of the selected strains increaced by 30%.
