摘要
综述了大系统全停事故恢复的指导思想、恢复策略的形成过程、典型的实现方法、恢复步骤及恢复过程中所需注意的主要事项。对几个典型系统的恢复方案进行了分析,讨论了该领域的发展方向。
The general strategy of restorative control is reviewed,it contains the goals of restoration, how to make the restoration plan, the steps should be take, and the safe constraints. Some cases are studied;further more the advanced restoration technique is discussed.
