摘要 细胞凋亡是基因控制的细胞自主性死亡过程 ,是维持内环境稳定的重要机制之一。糖皮质激素是常见的凋亡诱导剂 ,可诱导未成熟胸腺细胞及多种造血细胞如单核巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞等凋亡 ,同时凋亡也是其临床应用治疗骨髓瘤及白血病的主要机制。然而其诱导细胞凋亡的具体机制至今尚不十分清楚 ,近几年对其诱导凋亡的机理有了一些初步的认识 。 Apoptosis is a gene controlled cell-independent death process, which is an important mechanism to keep homeostasis. Glucocorticoid(GC) is a common apoptotic inducer which can induce immature thymocytes and many hematopoietic cells apoptosis, such as monocytes, macrophages, lymphocytes, and so on. GC inducing apoptosis is the main mechanism in treating myeloma and leukemia. But the detailed mechanism of apoptosis induced by GC is still unknown. Recently some rudimentary knowledge has been obtained. This article summarize progress of this field.
