摘要
目前 ,对供应链柔性的研究很少 ,柔性作为评价供应链运作绩效的一个重要指标越来越受到人们的关注。用于度量制造系统柔性的方法由于其局限性不适合度量供应链的柔性 ,本文在对供应链柔性系统分析的基础上 ,建立了供应链柔性评价系统。
Flexibility, which is seldom used in supply chain analysis, can measure a system's ability to accommodate volume and schedule fluctuations from suppliers, manufacturers, and customers. Indeed, flexibility is vital to the success of the supply chain, since the supply chain exists in an uncertain environment. Based on the analysis of the flexible supply chain system, we proposed operable evaluation system of supply chain flexibility, since the measurement of manufacturing system can not meet the need.
