摘要
文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法 ,阐述了高校体育教学实施课内外一体化改革的依据 ,课内外一体化的优势以及课内外一体化开展过程中存在的问题。并对如何实现真正意义上的课内外一体化改革进行了深入的探讨。旨在为素质教育形势下科学地、良性地开展高校体育教学提供新的思路。
The paper proved the necessity in the reform of the integration of and out of class learning in collegiate general PE by literature review,the questionnaire surrey and other methods The auther summarizes the research situation and results,analysis some existing problems,and presents some suggestions,with the view to giving the new train of thought of the reform in the collegiate PE
