摘要
研究了脱铝超稳Y沸石催化乙酸与正丁醇的酯化反应。考察了催化剂硅铝比 ,催化剂用量 ,反应物配比 ,反应时间等因素对反应的影响。在适宜的反应条件下乙酸酯化率可达 98.0 % 。
The esterification of acetic acid with n-butanol by dealuminated USY zeolite was studied. The effect of SiO 2/Al 2O 3 ratio, catalyst amount, reactant ratio and reaction time on the reaction was investigated. Under optimun condition the esterification ratio of acetic arrived at 98.0%. The catalyst was reusable.
