活性粉末混凝土(RPC200)的配制试验研究 被引量:78

摘要 进行了活性粉末混凝土(RPC200)的配制试验,通过五批试件比较分析了水胶比、砂胶比、减水剂掺量、硅灰与石英粉比等参数对RPC的流动度以及抗折、抗压强度的影响。在保证强度的前提下,用粉煤灰代替部分水泥以改善RPC的流动度,探讨以地方常用材料配制RPC的可能性。 An experimental research on proportion of reactive powder concrete was carried out in this paper, which was concerned on the influences of W/B (water and binder ratio), S/B (sand and binder ratio), the mixed quantity of superplasticizer and SF/Qu (silica fume and crush quartz ratio) on the fluidity,compressive strength and bending strength of RPC in total of 5 groups of specimens. Without compromising the strength, fly ash was substituted for part of cement to improve the fluidity of RPC. The probability of making up RPC by using local materials was also approached.
